B2B fashion sustainability fair Neonyt plans global roll out

Neonyt sustainable fashion and business exhibition from Messe Frankfurt will take place in Düsseldorf Germany in January 2023 and will eventually be expanded abroad.

Neonyt, which allegedly evolved into a significant B2B community platform for innovation, sustainability, and fashion, will be held in a B2B format in Düsseldorf from January 28 to 30, 2023, and other satellite events are reportedly being planned throughout the globe.

According to Messe Frankfurt, Neonyt is a term used to describe a fundamental revolution taking place in the textile and fashion industries. Germany’s advantageous location in the middle of Europe makes it a center for the sustainable textile and fashion industry.

Olaf Schmidt, Vice President Textiles & Textile Technologies, Messe Frankfurt, said that there is still no question about the sustainability community’s potential, and a lot has transpired, particularly in the previous two years. As a result, they need to rescale their ideas and activities. Making sustainable fashion viable for the retail sector, too, is one of the biggest problems, given that many of today’s collections are only available to certain target groups.

He added that their success in the textile industry is built, among other things, on the outstanding competence of the global Texpertise Network of Messe Frankfurt. With over 60 events worldwide, 22,000 exhibitors, and more than 500,000 attendees, they not only provide inspiration for the whole textile value chain but are also in continuous and close contact with all relevant stakeholders. And they have made it quite clear to us that Neonyt must be developed both as a marketing and commercial platform and in terms of its effects on the sustainability of the order company. They now intend to consider everything and grow the brand appropriately.

In the future, Neonyt will take place in Düsseldorf concurrently with the FASHN ROOMS as a licensed event. According to the organizers, Neonyt will become a part of a larger event that will feature at least 600 worldwide businesses.

The Agencies & Premium Brands (Showroom Concept), Avantgarde, Design & Contemporary, and Accessories & Shoes sections of Fashn Rooms will coexist with Neonyt’s completely sustainable offering. Because Fashn Rooms in Düsseldorf is particularly well-known for its content-creator segment, which is consistent with the community DNA of Neonyt and provides substantial potential, Messe Frankfurt claims that this will benefit exhibitors and trade visitors.

The trade expo for the fashion industry is being organized by Igedo Company in conjunction with the event in January 2023. As a result, Igedo will be in charge of planning and implementing Neonyt in Düsseldorf right now.
