The Nam Dinh province in Vietnam has built the Aurora Industrial Park (IP), a clean, green, and sustainable textile industrial park, to promote sustainable development and satisfy investor growth needs. It is one of the few IPs in Vietnam that satisfies the standards for the legislative framework and utility infrastructure needed to support the fabric-dyeing sector.

Leading real estate developer Cat Tuong Group created the eco-industrial park. According to a news release from Aurora IP, the company provides green, clean energy facilities, clean water production using green energy, and international standard trash collection and treatment.

With a capacity of 110,000 m3/day and night, it is one of the biggest wastewater treatment systems in the nation. The system is broken up into modules using cutting-edge synchronous technology. Prior to discharge, the system guarantees wastewater treatment standards. The Day River serves as the source for Aurora IP's water extraction and treatment system, which "always ensures the sufficient water supply for producers while minimizing groundwater exploitation and its impact on the environment," according to the press release.

The press announcement said, Aurora IP, with its well-designed system and advanced social infrastructure, aims to offer the best facilities for the manufacture of textiles and dyes. The IP also gives manufacturers incentives to use energy-saving technologies that rely on renewable energy and ecologically beneficial materials. Aurora IP offers significant investment incentives and long-term commitment to investors throughout its operation in Vietnam, in addition to the benefits of its geographic location and model infrastructure.
