Archroma, a global pioneer in specialty chemicals for sustainable solutions, announced that it has received the EcoVadis "Platinum" grade in corporate social responsibility (CSR), placing it among the top 1% of its industry's best-rated companies.
EcoVadis, a company specializing in assessing firms' CSR performance on a global scale, assessed Archroma. The evaluation is based on 21 factors divided into four categories: environment, labor, and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. EcoVadis evaluates over 75,000 businesses across 160 countries and 200 industries.
Archroma has set a target to get the EcoVadis "Platinum" rating, participating in the assessment for the fourth year in a row.
