A leading knitting company to invest in the development of a range of intimates, beachwear and athleisure fabrics

The company reports, The Earth collection has a dedicated logo, a specially developed graphics and a contemporary presentation, “The collection offers a heterogeneous and never too ordinary content, featured by the modernity of structures and design and by being mainly focused on in-house innovation based on the wonderful benefits of the leading and prestigious fibre producers.”

A wide range of fibres has been made available, starting with the Evo yarn by Fulgar, an organic 100% nylon. An innovative bio-based yarn developed after years of research and study of the highest engineering standards, Evo by Fulgar is made from castor oil – a ‘not for food’ plant that grows spontaneously, Fulgar explains. It is a renewable resource that does not require high amounts of water and does not use up arable land that can be used for food uses.

Other highlights are Ripa’s Qnova by Fulgar, an innovative range of quality fabrics made from recycled nylon yarn, Roica EcoSmart, a sustainable, eco-stretch elastane that is GRS certified, and finally Sensil Ecocare by Nilit Fibers, which combines performance and environmental responsibility.

The ever-increasing market demand for green products has prompted Maglificio Ripa, a leading knitting company, to invest in the development of a range of intimates, beachwear and athleisure fabrics, which will be presented at MarediModa, which takes place from 6-8 November at the Palais Des Festivals in Cannes, for the first time.

The company reports, “It is a real collection that has required a long and scrupulous design and development activity by being dedicated to all those brands that intend to address the theme of sustainability seriously and consistently.”
