| Company Profile | ASNONWOVENS” is the first and largest manufacturer and exporter of Spunlace nonwoven fabrics in Turkey and one of the best producers in Europe. With innovative “Aquajet” technology of spunlacing (hydroentanglement) and the fastest and most modern productive lines we have enlarged our annual capacity to 35000 tons. We started to manufacturing spunlace nonwoven fabric rolls since the begining of 2002. Our last Spunlace line has started production on June, 2010. Our lines are able to produce plain, apertured, patterned, hydro-embossed, thermo-embossed, printed, coloured, chemical treated spunlace fabrics at very high speed which enrich the variety of choice. It makes easier to choose the appropriate nonwoven fabric for your product. asnonwovens, as you l!ke Control methods supported and applied on our products according to international ‘Edana’ and ‘ISO 9001:2008’ standarts. In order to provide high level staff, our quality control specialists are going through regular qualifications. All our equipments are European origin. Thank to our “Online Advance Nonwoven Inspection Systems(by means of High resolution video cameras) which provide us the control over quality stability and the online record of the whole process. If our customers have complain about our products, we can track back our records according lot numbers and show to our customers the whole process till the operator who was at the moment of production. This month our two new projects of producing ADL and Needle-punched nonwoven materials get started. *ADL (Acquisition Distribution Layer) which is made by Air through bonding method and mostful used in modern baby diapers and feminine sanitary pads. *Needle punched nonwoven – is using in Technical and Houshold cleaning sectors. This material can be also useful for Your portfolio! All our lines are configured for the customer’s satisfaciton purposes. |
