Itmach India in association with Textile Excellence once again organized textile technology show, ‘Itmach Bhiwandi 2015’ a 3 day fair at Bhiwandi from December 17 where over 125 exhibitors, primarily, machinery and technology providers from the post-spinning, weaving preparatory, weaving, dyeing, printing and processing as well as garmenting sectors are exhibiting.

Itmach Bhiwandi 2015, covering an area of 10,000 square metres, hosted in a modern warehouse of Indian Corporation with the motto of bringing textile machinery manufacturers closer to their customers. It also aims at bringing together visitors and exhibitors from all sectors of the industry from India and abroad.

Bhiwandi Mayor Tushar Chowdhury inaugurating the expo said that the ITMACH Bhiwandi is pioneering developments within the textile sector. The machines on display demonstrate a worldview. The industry here definitely takes an effort to go and fetch improved machinery from the world over, but bringing them back home and that too solely for a cluster is definitely a commendable work.

Textile Machinery exhibited at the show include, spinning and preparatory, winding and texturing, weaving and preparatory, knitting hosiery, embroidery and braiding, garment dyeing, printing, processing and finishing.

The visitors flow peaked by noon and by the end of the day the exhibitors reported a good bank of queries on day one itself. They were not really expecting much considering the venue being in Bhiwandi. However, they entertained a series of positive queries, said an excited R Anbazhahan, managing director, Reiniger Welker.

Visitors from Malegaon, Surat, Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur, Belgaum, Tarapur, and Bhiwandi dropped in to meet the technology providers on day one. Manchhalal K Jain, director, Shree Daksh Jyot Silk Mills, Bhiwandi said that it is certainly an interesting feeling to come and interact with the industry and have such quality business discussions here at Bhiwandi.
