Deadstock fabric marketplace Recovo, Portuguese dyeing company IVN Industria, and fashion brand Salsa Jeans have joined forces to give surplus denim a second life. This collaboration aims to repurpose leftover textiles and promote sustainability in the fashion industry.

Recovo will manage the redistribution and reuse of IVN Industria’s excess fabrics, preventing them from going to waste. The partnership’s primary goal is to maximize the use of surplus denim, reduce textile waste, and contribute to a circular economy by keeping valuable materials in production rather than sending them to landfills.

Recovo’s platform plays a crucial role by allowing brands to buy and sell leftover fabrics from past collections. It provides waste management solutions that support reuse, resale, and recycling, helping companies cut costs and reduce their environmental impact.

Through this collaboration, IVN Industria will conserve resources by integrating unused textiles into new projects. This reinforces its commitment to sustainable textile production and innovation in the denim sector.
