Liverpool-based athleisure brand Red Run has announced its foray into menswear, following significant growth since its launch in 2020. The debut menswear collection, titled ‘Drop 1,’ features 10 essential pieces designed to form the foundation of a stylish wardrobe. According to a press release, the collection aligns with Red Run’s commitment to in-house design, ensuring each item is uniquely conceptualised and crafted.
Red Run’s co-founder and creative director, Megan Kimmance, revealed that the menswear expansion is a deeply personal project. Kimmance, who has a background in menswear design, explained: “It has always been part of my long-term vision to introduce a menswear line, but we wanted to first establish a strong foothold in womenswear before diversifying.”
The decision comes as Red Run gears up for substantial wholesale expansion in 2025. “Expanding into menswear is the perfect way to conclude 2024, a year marked by exciting partnerships and significant growth,” Kimmance added.
