PYRATEX, a leader in sustainable textile innovation, has teamed up with materials science company Recover to create a new range of recycled cotton fabrics. The collaboration aims to offer high-quality materials made from mechanically recycled cotton, setting a new benchmark for sustainable luxury in fashion.

The inaugural collection consists of fabrics featuring 30-50% Recover recycled cotton fiber, blended with organic cotton. Combining Recover’s cutting-edge recycling technology with PYRATEX’s spinning and knitting expertise, the partnership seeks to elevate the use of recycled materials in luxury fashion while maintaining uncompromised quality.

Both companies are committed to full transparency throughout their supply chains, ensuring ethical sourcing and manufacturing practices. The fabrics are produced from textile waste, which is mechanically recycled at the Recover facility in Spain. These low-impact fibers are then transformed into high-end fabric structures by PYRATEX in Portugal, guaranteeing the highest levels of social and environmental responsibility.
