Swiss textile machinery leader Benninger has introduced its cutting-edge FabricMaster to the Indian market, marking a significant advancement in textile dyeing technology. With successful installations across Europe, the USA, Peru, Central America, and Bangladesh, the FabricMaster is now poised to transform fabric processing in India, with production based at Benninger’s High Tech Fabrication facility in Pune.
The first FabricMaster in India, installed at Amarnath Dyeing And Bleaching Works Private Limited, has been operational for a year, leading to the order of a second unit. The success of the initial machine has underscored its performance, prompting Amarnath to further invest in this advanced technology. The new machine is ready to leave Benninger’s Pune facility, marking a milestone in the FabricMaster’s journey.
The FabricMaster is engineered for challenging dyeing tasks, excelling with Lycra blends of Cotton, Rayon, Nylon, and Modal fabrics in open width form. It ensures optimal dye penetration and color consistency with precise nozzle adjustments and varying internal fabric plaiter speeds. The automated add tank simplifies chemical dosing, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
The FabricMaster also boasts efficient fabric unloading with a frequency-controlled winch, improving transport speed and quality. As Benninger’s FabricMaster gains traction in India, it promises to set new standards in efficiency, quality, and precision for textile dyeing processes.
