Coloreel, a company specializing in innovative and sustainable solutions, has partnered to meet the growing demand in the industry. The first digital thread-dying units by Coloreel are scheduled for delivery in October this year, with the majority to be shipped in 2024.

Their technology allows manufacturers to instantly dye white thread into a wide range of colors in real-time, revolutionizing production efficiency and saving up to 97% of water compared to traditional methods.

Coloreel is dedicated to reducing waste and promoting sustainability within the textile industry, aligning with global efforts.

Torbjörn Bäck, CEO at Coloreel, emphasized how their technology can significantly impact sustainability in mass fashion production while fostering creativity and design.

With previous funding from Nefco, Coloreel aims to further develop its technology, reducing environmental impact by minimizing thread waste and the use of chemicals in the textile industry.
