Austrian brand Schneiders, has chosen yarns from Fulgar's sustainable range, particularly Amni Soul, for its first eco-sustainable mini capsule collection for Autumn/Winter 2021-22. The collection, which includes two down jackets and a coat in various sizes, is biodegradable right down to the zips.

These warm and comfy functional, ultralight garments are constructed entirely of Amni Soul Eco, a polyamide 6.6 biodegradable yarn.

Amni Soul Eco is the outcome of research conducted by the Solvay Group in partnership with Fulgar, a company based in Milan. It biodegrades in around five years if properly disposed of in suitable anaerobic settings. Schneiders has also chosen to utilize biodegradable zips solely in these clothes.

Fulgar marketing manager, Alan Garosi, said that they're happy that an established brand like Schneiders has chosen their green yarns for this collection. It's a significant acknowledgment of their ten-year commitment to building a more sustainable Europe-wide supply chain.
