Portuguese sustainable brand, A-line reaffirms its dedication to sustainability, with the debut of an upcycled limited collection. Exclusively for the Upcycling Edit, three distinct Pyjama sets have been designed using upcycled fabrics from previous seasons straight from A-line storage. Each piece is made from striped cotton rolls that we remember from past shirts and outfits.
The Upcycling Edit supports a more circular society by giving new life to fabrics that would otherwise wind up in landfills, or, as the company puts it, "a celebration of new uses, meaningful designs, and responsible production."
This limited-edition collection exemplifies the label's penchant for clean lines and soft materials. All of the items, which include a casual shirt, matching shorts, and an eye mask, include distinctive touches like matching piping and monogramming embroidery, making them ideal for relaxing, napping, or even wearing out.
This isn't the first time A-line has given materials that were previously in-house a second opportunity as a sustainable and transparent brand. Rather than wasting fabric, A-timeless lines and a gentle palette allow the firm to reuse it in future collections or give it a fresh and sustainable twist using methods such as garment dye.
