MTEX NS , has developed NEXTIL digital textile dyeing machine as it provides an innovative key of solutions in-house. NEXTIL has long invested in environmentally friendly solutions, as it tries to combat environmental and sustainability issues. NEXTIL’s knowledge in the textile industry combined with MTEX NS technological knowledge has resulted in the creation of a dying machine with natural pigments that entirely uses the EtherCAT communication protocol. 

This allows it to be integrated in a 4.0 environment. The current NEXTIL modus operandi in this area moves to a new technological level, comprising digitized solutions. The average time taken to make a chemical dye is 7 hours. Nextil makes the dye in just an hour by only using cold water. They reduce energy consumption by 75% and recycle 100% of the water. They approximately utilise one glass of water for each garment without the utilisation of toxic effluents. 

Their technology can be used to dye natural fibres such as cotton, linen, silk, wool, hemp and bamboo as well as synthetic fibres such as viscose, lyocell, polyester and polyamide. The company has a wide pallet of pigments such as mineral pigments, vegetable pigments, algae colours and biodyes.
