Pakistan and Nigeria are planning to sign various trade-related agreements, including preferential trade agreement soon, as they are optimism that the trade between the two countries will get a new boost.
Nigerian High Commissioner in Islamabad Dauda Danladi speaking at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Friday said that Pakistani textile product, agricultural machinery, including tractors and other products like rice and pharmaceuticals have huge potential in the Nigerian markets, therefore, Pakistani businessmen should take benefit of opportunities in these areas.
The high commissioner said that the president of Pakistan and the Punjab chief minister have promised to take business delegations to Nigeria that will pave the way for frequent business exchanges between the two countries.
