Jeanologia, a Spanish textile technology firm which discovers creates and sells industrial solutions in garment finishing. Originally began as an R&D center for denim finishes, it’s been our mission to enhance industrial garment finishing through technology & know-how. The company which is well known for use of its laser technology to finish denim garments, saving energy, water and use of potentially hazardous chemicals. They have gone ahead to develop a new version of its laser and ozone finishing technology that can be used for both knitwear and continuous fabric lengths.

Jeanologia for the first time at next week’s Première Vision in Paris will introduce knitwear and woven fabrics that have been finished with its laser and ozone technology.

The company will show the fabrics as part of a special “Wash & Dye” exhibition space to reveal the new developments. After twenty years of leadership in textile technology development, the company is currently taking a long step beyond towards two different development directions that are to change an important part of the industry, said the company in a statement.

Jeanologia’s simply named ‘Knits’ collection has been developed exclusively with laser and ozone and applied in “recycled fabrics like cotton, linen, nettle, crabyon, latte and canapa fibres among others.

The Dynamic Project is designed to treat all types of fabrics, from heavier to lighter, with any structure. The ‘Dynamic’ fabrics has been produced on new machine, using laser engraving and ozone ageing on continuous fabric for the first time.
