At the factories in Murbad, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra (90 Kms from Mumbai Airport and 50 Kms Mumbai Sea Port) products are custom knit, dyed, finished, cut, sewn, decorated, packaged and distributed.

Recently, there is industrial relation unrest in the form of start of illegal labour strike in Company's yarn Division at Murbad, Thane, which was due to provocation by outsiders, resulting into stoppage of production in yarn division. Technocraft Industries (India) Limited has informed the Exchange.

The Management is taking legal steps against the illegal strike. The Company will keep the exchange informed about the cessation of the above event at the appropriate time.

While, the Company's other manufacturing facilities in all other divisions continue to function normally.
